Description:
The composition is based on a sermon I watched on a Sunday morning in April 2008 on a local television station in Columbia, South Carolina. The preacher’s speech had so much melody and
musical quality that I decided to record it and write it down, using the speech groove of his words as the leitmotif for the composition.
