First movement of my oratorio Paradiso. Dante’s long journey through hell has come to an end. He is allowed to ascend further. Free from the earth he rises to the heavenly spheres and is witness to the Apollo 12 expedition to the moon from November 1969. Crew: Charles Conrad Jr. Richard Gordon Jr. Alan Bean and Houston control.
