Program note (English): The Concerto for 2 pianos consists of three movements. The first and last have more or less the character of a perpetuum mobile, the slow movement forms a strong contrast with these. The first movement, Allegro molto, has a concise sonataform. The subjects are not definitely concluded, which accentuates the character of the perpetuum mobile.The scheme of the structure of the second movement Adagio is a-b-c-b'-a'. The sections a' and b' are abridged on comparison to a and b. The third movement Allegro: the finale is a kind of toccata in a free form, that resembles that of a rondo.
