Description:
In Vie di scampo, a melody seeks for ways out of its own looping, plodding existence by ever more curiously engaging with electronics and exploring the outer realms of harmonic space. Sometimes it struggles to find ways of escape from its staid tone – but in an ever-expanding harmonic landscape, it comes to its own more and more. The piece seeks ways to combine the unique timbres of baroque instruments and weave them into resonant, poppy electronics.
