Description:
‘Onder Ons’ was written under influence of the acquaintance with Asian music. The subdivison of the octave into 24 equal steps was not intended to construct a new harmonic system, but it serves primarily to create the exquisite microtonal colours which two guitars can readily produce when they are tuned slightly apart (about a quarter tone).
