composition
Behind the Death : for string quartet and orchestra / Wassim Ibrahim
Description:
This piece is dedicated to my family in Damascus, and inspired by a poem Al Rubayiat of Jala Al Din Rumi. It is trying to shed a light on the full confidence of future and the Light, which is waiting for us after this grief. We will cross and we will reach for a life, which will be brimful of brilliant colors and lights.
