The Borenstein Piano Book Volume 2 : for piano / Nimrod Borenstein

(Composer)
Description:
In this second volume of my piano method we will discover new notes and how to move the hand from one position to another. Remember that it is essential to read the notes well, avoid looking at your hands and use a metronome for practice!
An important reminder from volume 1 ... It is important to strive for the beauty of sound and expression from the start of learning the piano. The main purpose of playing an instrument is the music itself and the piano is there for you to communicate the feelings of the pieces.
I have not included dynamics markings to leave a choice and encourage an exploration of the musical possibilities. Musical phrases have their own secret punctuation, so it is important that you never play the last two notes of a phrase identically: either the second note should be softer (as if there was a coma or full stop) or louder (as in an exclamation mark); questions marks could go both ways!
