Music for a Maverick was requested by Reinhold Westerheide and is dedicated to this excellent musician and friend. Maverick is someone who exhibits great independence in thought and action. These qualities certainly apply to Reinhold, whose musical abilities enable him to be versatile in many musical genres and perform these most convincingly. Practically all sounds in the electronic part were derived from samples played on his guitar.
