Tempo moderato ma appassionata
Scherzo (Vivace leggiero)

Description:
Program note (English): This sonata for violin and piano is classical in its contours. The first movement (Tempo moderato ma appassionato) is written in a sonata form, while the second is a classical Scherzo with trio. A Quasi recitativo follows, as a melodious, 'slow', third movement. The fourth part (Allegro amabile) is a finale in rondo form. - JOCHEM SLOTHOUWER & ANNETTE DE KLERK
