The second movement “New Town” depicts the development of Kwun Tong in the 1950s, and the third movement “Factory” portrays how Kwun Tong gradually became an industrial center. The fourth movement “Kai Liu” laments the flooding incident in 1972, and the fifth movement “Train” describes the construction of the Kwun Tong MTR station in 1979.
