Description:
“Sutartines” for violin and string orchestra was commissioned by Lithuanian chamber orchestra and its artistic director Sergey Krylov. The piece is based on authentic Lithuanian folk songs from a book by Z. Slavjunas “Sutartines. Polyphonic chants of Lithuanian folk”.
“Sutartines” can be performed without a conductor.
