Dedicated to Valery Altukhov, honored artist of Ukraine, director of the Kharkiv Special Music School, as a music present at the occasion of his 75th anniversary. The title of the piece refers to an astronomical term that is used as a symbolic reflection of multifaceted activities of Valery Altukhov. His admirable work as a teacher, musician and organizer resembles brightness which increases over the years.
